Out of concern for the safety of the public due to adverse weather conditions, the USDA’s Office of Partnerships and Public Engagement has had to postpone the public meeting of the Advisory Committee on Minority Farmers. Given the situation, the Federal Register Notice could not be published within the requisite 15 days before the date of the meeting.
